A. SCOPO DEL SITO

Salierihotel.com è un sito di proprietà della società Idea Trade 3 kft con sede in Budapest.
La finalità del sito consiste nel proporre in rete internet la possibilità di visualizzare a pagamento, attraverso programmazione live o vendita in streaming, l’intimità degli ospiti all’interno delle stanze dei Salieri Hotel di Praga e Budapest.
Gli ospiti dei Salieri Hotel sono prescelti dalla direzione della Idea Trade 3 kft tra i candidati che aderiranno all’iniziativa inviando domanda di partecipazione.
La direzione della Idea Trade 3 kft si riserva di rifiutare eventuali domande di partecipazione ritenute non idonee allo scopo del sito.
Le immagini degli avvenimenti all’interno delle stanze dei Salieri Hotel saranno trasmesse in tempo reale da quattro telecamere per la divulgazione in live e contestualmente registrate.
Dalle immagini registrate saranno successivamente estrapolati i contenuti più interessanti che verranno proposti nella sezione streaming del sito.

B. TIPOLOGIA DEI CANDIDATI

La tipologia dei candidati all’iniziativa deve possedere le seguenti caratteristiche:

• Coppie costituite da persona di sesso maschile e persona di sesso femminile o da due persone di sesso femminile con età compresa tra i 18 ed i 50 anni.
• Esclusivamente residenti in paesi della comunità europea.
  
• Esibizionisti ed amanti della trasgressione.
  
• Non professionisti appartenenti al circuito dell'industria pornografica.

C. MODALITA’ DI PARTECIPAZIONE

I candidati prescelti dalla società Idea Trade 3 kft tra coloro che avranno inviato domanda di partecipazione saranno ospiti gratuitamente nel Salieri Hotel desiderato per un numero di due notti nel periodo compreso tra quelli indicati nella scheda di partecipazione.
Durante il soggiorno gli ospiti non avranno alcun obbligo di comportamento, escluso quelli citati nel paragrafo D del regolamento e potranno usufruire delle seguenti offerte:

• C1. BIGLIETTI AEREI DI ANDATA E RITORNO PER DUE PERSONE

  Dopo aver concordato la destinazione (Praga o Budapest), le date del viaggio e l’aeroporto di partenza, gli ospiti riceveranno dalla segreteria della Idea Trade 3 Kft tutte le informazioni necessarie per l’acquisto dei biglietti aerei di andata e ritorno. Il costo dei biglietti aerei sostenuto dagli ospiti sarà rimborsato dalla Idea Trade 3 Kft al momento del check-in nel Salieri Hotel prescelto. La scelta della compagnia aerea e degli orari di partenza e di ritorno saranno di totale facoltà della Idea Trade 3 kft.
  
  

• C2. LIMOUSINE ALL’AEROPORTO DI DESTINAZIONE
  

  All’arrivo nell’aeroporto di destinazione gli ospiti saranno accolti da una hostess di lingua inglese e/o francese ed accompagnati in limousine presso il Salieri Hotel.
  Il servizio è gratuito.
  
  

• C3. SOGGIORNO PRESSO IL SALIERI HOTEL

  Il check-in presso il Salieri Hotel verrà effettuato all’arrivo degli ospiti attraverso esibizione di un documento di identificazione valido per il riconoscimento (Passaporto o Carta d’Identità) e non sarà richiesta alcuna carta di credito.
  Il soggiorno degli ospiti presso il Salieri Hotel sarà completamente gratuito unitamente alla prima colazione, al consumo delle bevande contenute nel frigo bar della stanza, all’utilizzo della zona fitness ed all’uso della pay tv e di internet.
  
  

• C4. ROMANTICHE CENE NEI RISTORANTI CONVENZIONATI

  Gli ospiti potranno usufruire gratuitamente di due cene nei ristoranti convenzionati assaporando gustosi e tipici menù in cui sono inclusi vino e liquori.
  
  

• C5. VISITE TURISTICHE DELLA CITTA’

  Gli ospiti potranno usufruire gratuitamente di una visita turistica della città prescelta con hostess di lingua inglese e/o francese.
  
  

• C6. NOTTE TRASGRESSIVA (FACOLTATIVA)

  Gli ospiti potranno usufruire gratuitamente della compagnia trasgressiva di un intrattenitore di sesso femminile o maschile, prescelto tra le offerte della Idea Trade 3 kft, con cui sarà possibile realizzare qualsiasi fantasia erotica all’interno della stanza del Salieri Hotel.
  Gli intrattenitori sono professionisti dell’industria pornografica europea e offrono gratuitamente le proprie prestazioni esclusivamente con uso di profilattico. Gli intrattenitori saranno a disposizione degli ospiti il sabato dalle ore 17,00 alle 19,00. Qualora l’intrattenitore desiderato non fosse disponibile, l’Idea Trade 3 Kft provvederà a sostituirlo previo accordo con gli ospiti.
  
  

• C7. CHECK OUT AGEVOLATO

  Gli ospiti potranno effettuare il check out tre ore prima dell’orario di partenza del proprio aereo ed una limousine provvederà ad accompagnarli presso l’aeroporto. Il servizio è gratuito.
  
  

• C8. NOTTE AL CASINO' (RISERVATA ESCLUSIVAMENTE AGLI OSPITI CHE SCELGONO LA NOTTE TRASGRESSIVA)

  Gli ospiti potranno usufruire gratuitamente di 1.000,00 euro in fiches per tentare la fortuna nei piu celebri casino'di Budapest o Praga. Il tempo di permanenza nella sala da gioco sarà di un massimo di due ore e le puntate ai tavoli saranno effettuate da una intrattenitrice/ore della Idea Trade 3 kft su indicazioni degli ospiti. Gli ospiti potranno stabilire il tipo di gioco e il valore delle singole puntate (fino e non oltre il totale massimo di 1.000,00 euro). Eventuali vincite, calcolate oltre i 1.000,00 euro di dote iniziale, saranno corrisposte agli ospiti nell'ordine del 50%. Gli ospiti non potranno giocare denaro proprio.

D. OBBLIGHI DEGLI OSPITI

Gli ospiti prescelti dalla Idea Trade 3 kft avranno i seguenti obblighi:

• Firma della liberatoria al momento del check in: la liberatoria consiste in una lettera di autorizzazione in cui gli ospiti autorizzano la società Idea Trade 3 kft a commercializzare e/o trasmettere senza censura tutte le immagini con essi realizzate all’interno della stanza del Salieri Hotel nei circuiti divulgativi di internet-televisione-home video-editoria.
  Tale autorizzazione viene concessa per tutto il territoio mondiale, con validità illimitata nel tempo e senza prevedere alcun compenso economico.
• Permanenza minima all’interno della stanza del Salieri Hotel nei seguenti orari: dalle ore 24:00 alle ore 08:00 e dalle ore 16:00 alle ore 20:00.
• Non detenere o usare qualsiasi tipo di sostanza stupefacente.
• Uso obbligatorio di profilattico per eventuali incontri con gli intrattenitori (vedi paragrafo C6 del regolamento).
• Non manifestare comportamenti incivili o violenti.
• Non abusare di bevande alcoliche.
• Divieto di usare all'interno della stanza: telefoni portatili, computer, Ipod, apparecchi di riproduzione audio e/o video, videogiochi, carte da gioco, giochi di società, libri, giornali e qualsiasi supporto di stampa
  

E. TUTELA DELLA PRIVACY

Gli ospiti potranno essere filmati unicamente all’interno della stanza del Salieri Hotel ad essi assegnata con esclusione della zona water. Per gli ospiti interessati a proteggere la privacy sarà messa a disposizione una maschera pratica e confortevole che potrà essere indossata durante tutto il soggiorno nella stanza.
Le maschere saranno fornite esclusivamente dalla Idea Trade 3 kft.

F. DISPOSIZIONE DELLE TELECAMERE ED ILLUMINAZIONE

In ogni stanza del Salieri Hotel sono collocate un numero di quattro telecamere nelle seguenti zone:
N.3 telecamere zona letto;
N.1 telecamera zona doccia.
Tutte le telecamere sono dotate di sistema di ripresa notturno che consente di trasmettere immagini in bianco e nero anche in condizioni di oscuramento totale tuttavia, per offrire agli utenti del sito un servizio di massima qualità tecnica, all’interno delle stanze resterà sempre accesa una leggera e non fastidiosa luce diffusa.

G. CONTENZIOSI

Nel caso in cui gli ospiti non dovessero rispettare gli obblighi descritti nel paragrafo D del regolamento, la società Idea Trade 3 kft avrà diritto di sospendere immediatamente le offerte C2 – C3 – C4 – C5 – C6 – C7 - C8 contenute nello stesso e di allontanare gli ospiti dal Salieri Hotel.

H. FORO COMPETENTE

Il rapporto tra le parti è regolamentato dalle leggi vigenti in Ungheria ed il Foro competente per eventuali contenziosi è quello di Budapest.

A. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE

Salierihotel.com is a website owned by the Budapest-based company Idea Trade 3 kft.
The purpose of the website is to offer through the Internet network, by means of live programming or streaming sale, the fee-paying viewing of the guests’ privacy inside the rooms of the Salieri Hotels located in Prague and in  Budapest.
The guests of the Salieri Hotels are selected by the direction of Idea Trade 3 kft among the candidates, who will agree to the initiative by sending the application for participation.
The direction of Idea Trade 3 kft  reserves the right to decline possible  applications for participation, if considered not suitable for the purposes of the website.
The images of the events taking place inside the rooms of the Salieri Hotels will be transmitted in real time by four telecameras in order to broadcast them live and recorded at the same time.
Later on the most interesting contents  will be extracted from the recorded images and presented in the streaming section of the website.

B. TYPOLOGY OF CANDIDATES

The typology of candidates for the initiative must have the following features:

• Couples consisting of one male and one female or of two females aged between 18 and 50.
  
• Residents in the EC-countries only.
  
• Exhibitionists and transgression-lovers.
  
• Non-professionals belonging to the pornographic industry circuit.

C. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The candidates, selected by the company Idea Trade 3 kft among those who have sent the application for participation, will be lodged for free at the desired Salieri Hotel for two nights in the period included among those reported in the  participation card.
During their stay the guests will not be subject to any obligations with regard to the behaviour, except what specified in paragraph D of the regulations and they will benefit from the following offers:

• C1. RETURN AIR TICKETS FOR TWO PEOPLE

  After agreeing the destination (Prague or Budapest), the dates of the journey and the airport of departure, the guests will receive from the secretarial staff of Idea Trade 3 Kft all the necessary information about the purchase of the return tickets. The cost of the return tickets borne by the guests will be reimbursed by Idea Trade 3 Kft, at the time they will check-in at the selected Salieri Hotel. The choice of the airline company as well as the departure and return times will be at the total discretion of Idea Trade 3 kft.
  
  
  

• C2. LIMOUSINE AT THE AIRPORT OF DESTINATION

  On the arrival in the airport of destination the guests will be received by and English and/or French-speaking hostess and taken by limousine to the Salieri Hotel.
  The service is free of charge
  
  
  

• C3. STAY AT THE SALIERI HOTEL

  The check-in at the Salieri Hotel will be made on the arrival of the guests presenting a valid identification document (Passport or Identity Card) and no credit card will be requested.
  The stay of the guests at the Salieri Hotel will be completely free of charge, including breakfast, drinks contained in the mini-bar of the room, use of the fitness area and of the Internet and Pay-TV service
  
  

• C4. ROMANTIC DINNERS AT THE RESTAURANTS HAVING AN AGREEMENT

  The guests will benefit for free from two dinners in the restaurants having an agreement and taste savoury typical menus including wine and liqueurs.
  
  
  

• C5. TOURS OF THE CITY

  The guests will benefit for free from one tour of the selected city with an English and/or French-speaking hostess
  
  
  

• C6. TRANSGRESSIVE NIGHT (OPTIONAL)

  The guests will benefit for free from the transgressive company of a female or male entertainer selected among the offers proposed by Idea Trade 3 kft to realize together any erotic  fantasy inside the room of the Salieri Hotel.
  The entertainers are professionals of the European pornographic industry and offer their performance only with the use of a condom. The entertainers will be available to the guests on Saturdays from 5.00 p.m. to 7 p.m. If the desired entertainer is not available, Idea Trade 3 Kft will replace him/her after previous agreement with the guests.
  
  

• C7. EASY CHECK-OUT

  The guests will check-out three hours before the departure time of their flight and a limousine will take them to the airport. The service is free of charge.
  
  

• C8. NIGHT AT THE CASINO ( EXCLUSIVELY RESERVED FOR THE GUESTS CHOOSING THE TRANSGRESSIVE NIGHT )

  The guests will benefit for free from EUR 1.000,00 in chips to try their luck in the most famous casinos of Budapest or Prague. The maximum stay time in the card room will be of 2 hours and the bets at the gaming table will be placed by one entertainer of Idea Trade 3 kft according to the guests’ directions. The guests will have the opportunity of choosing the type of game and the value of the single bets (up to a maximum total value of EUR 1.000,00 ). Possible winnings, calculated over the above initial sum of EUR 1.000,00, will be paid out to the guests and the relevant amount will be equal to the 50%. The guests will not be allowed to bet using their own money.

D. OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUESTS

The guests selected by Idea Trade 3 kft will be subject to the following obligations:

• Sign the acquittance at the check-in: the acquittance is an authorization letter in which the guests authorize the company  Idea Trade 3 kft to market and/or transmit without censure through the spreading circuits available in the Internet, television, home video and publishing sectors all the images realized with them inside the room of the Salieri Hotel.
  Such authorization is valid all over the world, without time limit and with no economic remuneration.
• Stay inside the room of the Salieri Hotel for a minimum period of time included in the following hours: from 00:00 a. m. to 08:00 a. m. and from 04:00 p. m. to 08:00 p. m.
• Do not have or use any type of narcotic
• Compulsory use of the condom during possible intercourses with the  entertainers (see paragraph  C6 of the regulations).
• Do not show any impolite or violent behaviour.
• Do not drink too many alcoholic drinks.
• Inside the room the use of the following is forbidden: mobiles, personal computers, I-pod,  audio and/or video reproduction equipments, videogames, playing cards, board games, books, newspapers and any kind of printed matter.

E. PROTECTION OF THE PRIVACY

The guests will be only filmed inside the assigned room of the Salieri Hotel, except the WC area. The guests, who want to protect their privacy, will have at their disposal an easy comfortable  mask to be worn during the whole stay inside the room.
The masks will be only supplied by Idea Trade 3 kft.

F. TELECAMERA ARRANGEMET AND LIGHTING

Every room of the Salieri Hotel has four telecameras arranged as follows:
N.3 telecameras in the bed area;
N.1 telecamera in the shower area;
All telecameras are equipped with a night shooting system to make the transmission of black-and-white images even under conditions of total darkness possible; however, to offer the users of the website a technical top-quality service, inside the rooms there will be always a soft pleasant diffused lighting.

G. LEGAL DISPUTES

If the guests do not comply with the obligations specified in the paragraph D of the regulations, the company Idea Trade 3 kft will have the right to suspend immediately the offers C2 – C3 – C4 – C5 – C6 – C7 - C8 mentioned in the above document and to send the guests away from the Salieri Hotel.

H. PLACE OF JURISDICTION

The relationship between the parties is regulated by the laws in force in Hungary and the place of jurisdiction for possible legal disputes is Budapest.

La finalité du site consiste à proposer en réseau internet la possibilité de visualiser sous paiement, à travers la programmation live où vente en streaming, l'intimité des hôtes à l'intérieur des chambres des Salieri Hotel de Prague où Budapest.
Les hôtes des  Salieri Hotel sont choisis par la direction de la société Idea Trade 3 kft entre les candidats qui adhèreront à l'initiative en envoyant un questionnaire de participation.
La direction d’Idea Trade 3 kft se réserve de refuser d'éventuels questionnaires de participation pas aptes au but du site.
Les images des événements à l'intérieur des chambres des Salieri Hotel seront transmises en temps réel par quatre caméras pour la divulgation en live et contextuellement enregistrées.
Des images enregistrées seront extraits successivement les contenus les plus intéressants qui seront proposés dans la section streaming du site.

B. TYPOLOGIE DES CANDIDATS

La typologie des candidats à l'initiative doit posséder les caractéristiques suivantes:

• Couples constitués de personne de sexe masculin et personne de sexe féminin ou de deux personnes de sexe féminin d’un âge compris entre 18 et 50 ans.
• Exclusivement résidents dans les pays de la communauté européenne.
• Exhibitionnistes et amants de la transgression.
• Pas de professionnels appartenant au circuit de l'industrie pornographique.
  

C. MODALITÉ DE PARTICIPATION

Les candidats choisis par la société Idea Trade 3 kft entre ceux qui auront envoyé un questionnaire de participation seront gratuitement invités dans le Salieri Hotel de leur choix durant la période comprise parmi celles qui leurs seront indiquées pour un numéro de deux nuits.
Pendant le séjour les hôtes n'auront aucunes obligations de comportement, à part ceux cités dans le paragraphe D du règlement et ils pourront bénéficier des offres suivantes:

• C1. BILLETS D’AVION ALLER RETOUR POUR DEUX PERSONNES

  Après avoir fixé la destination, (Prague où Budapest), les dates du voyage et l'aéroport de départ, les hôtes recevront à travers le secrétariat de la société Idea Trade 3 kft toutes les informations nécessaires pour l'achat des billets d’avion aller et retour. Les billets d’avions seront remboursés par la société Idea Trade 3 kft lors du check-in à l’arrivée au Salieri Hotel choisi par les hôtes . Le choix de la compagnie aérienne, des horaires de départ et de retour sera décidés par la société Idea Trade 3 kft.
  
  
  

• C2. LIMOUSINE À L'AÉROPORT DE DESTINATION

  À l'arrivée dans l'aéroport de destination les hôtes seront accueillis par une hôtesse de langue anglaise/ou française et accompagnés en limousine au Salieri Hotel.
  Le service est gratuit.
  
  

• C3. SÉJOUR AU SALIERI HOTEL

  Le check in au Salieri Hotel sera effectué à l'arrivée des hôtes à travers un document d'identification valide pour la reconnaissance, (Passeport ou Carte d'identité) et aucune carte de crédit ne sera demandée.
  Le séjour des hôtes dans le Salieri Hotel sera complètement gratuit compris de petit déjeuner, consommations des boissons contenus dans le frigo bar de la chambre, utilisation de la zone fitness, d'internet et pay tv
  
  

• C4. ROMANTIQUES DINERS DANS LES RESTAURANTS CONVENTIONNÉS

  Les hôtes pourront bénéficier gratuitement de deux dîners dans les restaurants conventionnés en dégustant de savoureux et typiques menu compris de vin et liqueurs
  
  
  

• C5. VISITES TOURISTIQUES DE LA VILLE
  

  Les hôtes pourront bénéficier gratuitement d’une visite touristique de la ville qu’ils ont choisi en étant  accompagnée d’une hôtesse de langue anglaise/ou française.
  
  
  

• C6. NUIT TRANSGRESSIVE (FACULTATIF)

  Les hôtes pourront bénéficier gratuitement de la compagnie transgressive d'un animateur de sexe féminin ou masculin, qu’ils pourront choisir à travers les propositions offertes par la société Idea Trade 3 kft, avec lequel ils pourront réaliser toutes leurs fantaisies érotiques à l’intérieur de la chambre du Salieri Hotel.
  Les animateurs sont des professionnels de l’industrie pornographique européenne, et offrent gratuitement leurs performances uniquement avec l'utilisation de préservatif. Les animateurs seront à dispositions des hôtes le samedi de 17,00 heures à 19,00 heures. Dans l’éventualité ou l’animateur désiré ne soit pas disponible la société Idea Trade 3 kft en accord avec les hôtes le fera remplacer.
  
  

• C7. CHECK OUT FACILITÉ

  Les hôtes pourront effectuer le check out trois heures avant le départ de leur avion et une limousine les accompagnera à l'aéroport.
  Le service est gratuit.
  
  

• C8. NUIT AU CASINO (RÉSERVÉ EXCLUSIVEMENT AUX HÔTES QUI CHOISISSENT LA NUIT TRANSGRESSIVE)

  Les hôtes pourront bénéficier de 1.000,00 euro en fiches pour tenter leur chance dans les plus célèbres casino de Budapest où Prague. La permanence dans les salles de jeux sera d’un maximum de deux heures, les mises seront effectuées par l’animatrice et /ou l’animateur d’Idea Trade 3 Kft sur les indications des hôtes. Les hôtes pourront choisir le type de jeux et le montant qu’ils voudront miser(jusqu’à et non outre un import maximum de 1.000,00 euro).Si d’éventuels gains seront gagnésoutre les 1.000,00 euro de base ilsera correspondu aux hôtes 50%de ces gains. Les hôtes ne pourront pas jouer leur propre argent.

D. OBLIGATIONS DES HÔTES

Les invités choisis par Idea Trade 3 kft auront les obligations suivantes

• Signature du contrat de la cession des droits au moment du check in: le contrat de cession des droits d’exploitation est un document d'autorisation dans lequel les hôtes autorisent la société Idea Trade 3 kft à commercialiser et/ou transmettre et/ou divulguer sans aucune censure toutes les images réalisées et enregistrées avec eux dans la chambre du Salieri Hotel à travers tous les supports  d’internet - télévision - home-vidéo – presse – et circuits de divulgation existants connus, et inconnus à venir et dans tous le territoire mondial. Cette autorisation a une validité illimitée dans le temps et ne prévoit aucune rétribution économique.
• La présence des hôtes à l'intérieur de la chambre du Salieri Hotel est obligatoire durant les horaires suivants: de 24:00 heure à 08:00 heure et de16:00 heure à 20:00 heure.
• Ne pas détenir ou utiliser aucun type de drogue.
• Usage obligatoire de réservatif pour éventuelles rencontres avec les animateurs (voit paragraphe C6 du règlement).
• Ne pas manifester comportements incivils ou violents.
• Ne pas abuser de boissons alcoolisées.
• Interdiction d’utiliser à l’intérieur de la chambre : téléphones mobiles, ordinateur, Ipod, appareil de reproduction audio et/ou vidéo, jeux vidéos, jeux de cartes, jeux de société, livres, journaux et tout autres supports de presse.
  
  

E. TUTELLE DE LA PRIVACY

Les hôtes seront filmés uniquement à l'intérieur de la chambre du Salieri Hotel qui leur a été attribué avec exclusion de la zone water. Pour les hôtes intéressés à protéger leur intimité il sera mis à leur disposition un masque pratique et confortable qui pourra être porté pendant tout le séjour dans la chambre.
Les masques seront fournis exclusivement par Idéa Trade 3 kft.

F. DISPOSITION DES CAMERAS ET ECLAIRAGE

Dans chaque chambre du Salieri Hotel sont placées un numéro de quatre caméras dans les zones suivantes:
N.3 caméras zone lit;
N.1 caméra zone douche.
Toutes les caméras sont dotées d’un système de reprise nocturne qui permet de transmettre les images en noir et blanc même en conditions d'obscurcissement total cependant, pour offrir aux utilisateurs du site un service de meilleur qualité technique, à l'intérieur de la chambre sera constamment allumée une légère lumière qui ne dérangera pas.

G. CONTENTIEUX

Dans le cas ou les hôtes ne devraient pas respecter les obligations décrites dans le paragraphe D du règlement, la société Idéa Trade 3 kft aura le droit de suspendre immédiatement les offres C2 - C3 - C4 - C5 - C6 - C7 - C8 contenu dans le paragraphe C et d'éloigner les hôtes du Salieri Hotel.

H. TRIBUNAL COMPETENT

Le rapport entre les parties est réglementé par les lois en vigueur en Hongrie et en cas d’éventuels contentieux le tribunal compétent est celui de Budapest.
